Leave a reviewTerrible letting agent and landlord
The owner of this letting agent was also my landlord. He failed to provide an adequate service and was often reluctant to carry out repairs and pretended that it wasn't his responsibility or made up excuses. The property was very old fashioned and rundown and didn't have modern fire alarms. It had mould and damp and some dangerous electrical sockets. I would never use Concept Lettings again as they can not be trusted to provide a decent service.
