7 weeks in, 4 engineer visits and I'm no better off. We bought a Lamona HJA8702 Washer / Dryer from Howdens which was showing an E11 error. ABC came out swiftly & quickly identified the motor brushes needed replacing. £70 & the job was done. A day later the washer displayed E11 again and stopped spinning. ABC came out again and said a connector had come loose on the motor, they fixed that the same day, that cost £20. A day later the washer spins really slowly, the clothes are sopping wet and it's unusable. ABC came out again, and said I now need a new motor, they went away to price it up and said it's £188 but needs to be ordered in, that was on 18th Oct, with an agreement to fit it on 27th Oct. On 25th Oct, I received a call to say the part won't be here until the 2nd week of November and that the part is non returnable if it doesn't work. I explained that it was them that stated I needed the part as they inspected my machine, so if the part doesn't resolve the situation then I should
