"I called as i had a unit that one of my tenets had left a heavy duty high security padlock on, i need to gain accesss and i called your locksmith servic e, it took 40 mins for you locksmith to turn up, he spent around 10 mins picking the lock and rmeoved the lock. It only cost me £30 when i was quoted £120 from another company so i was mad up.
